We are continuing to invest in our private Cloud infrastructure to make it more energy and carbon-efficient, using batteries to smooth the demands we place on the grid and implementing more energy-efficient cooling systems.
Making the Biggest Difference with Our Customers
- Encouraging customers to move from on-premise data centres to public Cloud services, which are typically 80% more energy and carbon-efficient.
- Implementing SD-WAN services that enable network redesign through software, avoiding the need to replace expensive equipment.
- Working with partners who re-use and recycle equipment so that nothing goes to landfill.
