With an understanding of how technology is rapidly transforming the way in which we live and work, BDR Thermea Group has worked in partnership with Digital Space since 2010, where over the last decade we have implemented an effective digital transformation strategy to improve operational efficiencies and customer experience.
In 2020, Covid-19 meant the Group had to further accelerate its digital strategy and deliver key transformation projects, to adapt to new pressures and demands on the business.
As a result, BDR Thermea Group adopted a cloud first strategy to ensure their workloads were placed in the most efficient location and that they could be moved with ease when required, whilst maximising the use of IoT to connect and exchange data over the network and provide proactive maintenance for its customers – enhancing customer experience whilst driving cost optimisation and the development of new revenue streams.
Acting as an extension of the BDR Thermea Group team, Digital Space continues to work closely with the manufacturer and is focused on evolving its digital infrastructure, to drive significant cost-savings, agility and the flexibility.
