Digital Space Earns Mitel’s Technical Excellence Badge with 100% TPI Score
We’re delighted to announce that we have earned Mitel’s Technical Excellence badge with a TPI (Technical Performance Excellence) score of 100%!
The TPI score measures partner performance when engaging with Mitel Product Support Services and is based on three key performance indicators:
- 1) Use of web tickets
- 2) Defects identified
- 3) Number of ‘level 1’ tickets raised
Partners scoring above 80% are eligible to earn this badge, which means our 100% TPI score reflects our fantastic service quality.
