Digital Space Retains AWS Managed Service Partner Status Following Intensive Audit
Digital Space, leader in providing Secure, Connected Cloud and an AWS (Amazon Web Services) Managed Service Provider, is delighted to announce they have retained their AWS Managed Service Partner status following an intensive two-day audit designed to inspect and review every aspect of a company’s managed service.
The AWS 2023 audit saw an increased focus on the use of AI (artificial intelligence) in monitoring and alerting: aspects that, as a leader in providing tailored, digital solutions that enable organisations to transform at pace, are crucial.
Commitment to Continuous Excellence
Tim Lancaster, Managing Director for Cloud & Sustainability at Digital Space, commented, “We’ve held our AWS Managed Services Partner specialisation for seven years running, a status we are particularly proud of as this is one of the hardest competencies to obtain and maintain. Requirements are continually updated, with a focus on continuous improvements over simply maintaining status.”
Tim went on to explain that: “We had to provide evidence for 128 questions across every aspect of our managed service from security to sustainability and we passed with no major recommendations for change.
“One aspect of the audit was to review evidence of good feedback from our customers, and we were pleased to show that 93% of our externally monitored feedback over the last year was 9/10 or higher with only 2 other scores, both 8/10.
“It's good to know that both our partners and our customers can rely on our managed service.”
