About this policy
This policy provides all details regarding delivery of equipment purchased from the Supplier. It includes details of how the Supplier will deliver the equipment, any Charges, approximated delivery times, tracking of the delivery and rearranging of the delivery.
Delivery details
Each delivery requires a signature (or other delivery proof) from the Customer and deliveries will not be left without such proof.
Tracking a delivery
Tracking of a delivery can be achieved via the Supplier’s customer service team.
Re-arranging a delivery
If the Customer needs to re-arrange a delivery, please contact the Supplier’s customer service team, who can change this and advise of any additional applicable Charges.
Warehouse operating hours
The Supplier warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Delivery schedules will change over Christmas and Easter and deliveries will not take place over Bank Holidays.
Liability
The Supplier will not be held liable for failing to fulfil any obligation, as a result of an event deemed out of our control, or a failure to achieve the stated timeslot, which is offered on a reasonable endeavours basis. Our liability ends in its entirety upon successful delivery as deemed by the courier tracking proof.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges will be charged per package as per the table below, all prices shown in this policy are excluding VAT and based on next business day delivery.
For deliveries outside of the parameters shown below, a bespoke request can be placed on the Supplier’s customer service team, this includes same day, bulk and international delivery options.
If the Customer requires an item to be collected and returned to the Supplier, the charge is £15 per package (assuming a weight below 10kg, UK Mainland location and Standard Working Day (SWD)).
