From speaking on the expert sustainability panel to exhibiting our new services to hundreds of attendees, our first in-person event in two years was a triumph success!
Last week (Tuesday, 28 September), our SMB team headed to London’s Business Design Centre for the return of Technology Live. The annual event brings together vendors, technology resellers and managed service providers for a day of seminars, demonstrations, and face to face conversations with those in the IT industry.
Not only had we sponsored the event this year, but our Chief Digital Officer, Paul Farrelly joined an expert panel, Sustainability: Don’t be a Greenwasher, to discuss how governmental and corporate sustainability initiatives could impact the ICT industry.
Our specialists at Digital Space are dedicated to helping customers meet their internal CSR and sustainability policies through high-performing digital strategies and the successful deployment of cloud technologies. Utilising his experience and success in the area, Paul emphasised how businesses could improve their green credentials during the discussion, while also highlighting which pitfalls to avoid when considering sustainable initiatives.
Across from the seminar room in the exhibition hall, our SMB team also had a stand and were busy providing expert insight and showcasing our new white label solutions built just for Partners. Attendees were also given the opportunity to speak to our vendor partner, Circular Computing, who joined the team on the stand to help demonstrate the benefits of their ethical and sustainable laptop offering.
Our team had a fantastic time at the event and enjoyed having face-to-face conversations once again with other IT professionals. It was great to see that events are back and still as well-attended as before. Here is to more events in the future!
