What is an AI Readiness Assessment?
A Digital Space funded* workshop to help define how your organisation can take advantage of AI.
AI-ready architecture. An engagement to deliver a use case Proof of Concept (PoC). This proves the value to your organisation and establishes an AI-ready architecture with the appropriate security and data governance in place.
What can I expect from an AI Readiness Assessment with Digital Space?
Our engagement will fit in with your AI journey but typically many organisations start with the AI Readiness Assessment.
This assessment consists of the following phases:
1. Initial questionnaire
Captures key information from your stakeholders or team to identify current business use of data, key priorities, and processes.
2. Workshop discussion
A collaborative workshop with key personnel from your team to explore skills, Systems of Record (SoR), and technology investments. We use this information refining and tailor the assessment to align with specific outcomes.
3. Current Mode of Operation (CMO) and data architecture review
A data gathering exercise to assess your current data fidelity and architecture, licensing commitments, and wider infrastructure configuration to identify Gen AI adoption and accelerate time to value.
4. Review & clarification
After our experts have assessed the information, we will come back with any points of clarification or additional request to enable the team to complete a full assessment.
5. Report creation
We will collate our findings in an easy-to-understand report that summarises your GenAI / ML readiness.
6. Presentation
We agree on a mutually convenient date to review the report with you and complete the assessment. If the agreed next step is a Proof of Value (PoV), we will outline the use case(s) and outline a Statement of Work (SoW) to capture the scope and details.
